Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the ZipplyNow customer app and the ZipplyNow Rider delivery-partner app (together, "the apps") collect, why, and how it is handled. The apps are operated by Daneen Al Majaz IT Services, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India ("we").

What we collect

• Account details — name, phone number, email address and password (stored hashed), used to create and secure your account.
• Delivery address and precise location — the address you enter or the GPS position you choose, used to check that we deliver to you, estimate delivery time, pick the serving store and route your rider. Rider app: your live GPS position is sent to us only while you are marked online, so orders can be dispatched to the nearest partner and customers can track their delivery.
• Orders and payments — items, amounts, delivery status and payment method. Card/UPI payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card number. We store Razorpay's order and payment identifiers to reconcile and refund payments.
• Device push token — a Firebase Cloud Messaging token so we can notify you about order status (customers) or new assignments (riders).
• Usage diagnostics — basic in-app event analytics (e.g. "order placed") to fix problems and improve the service.

How it is used and shared

Data is used solely to provide the delivery service, process payments, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We share it only with: Razorpay (payment processing), Google Firebase (push notifications), Google Cloud (hosting, India region), and the delivery partner assigned to your order (your name, address, phone and order contents). We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Retention and security

Order and invoice records are kept as required by Indian tax law. Rider location is overwritten with each update and not kept as a history beyond operational needs. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored in access-controlled databases.

Your choices

You can edit your profile and addresses in the app, turn off notifications in your device settings, and sign out to stop location reporting (rider app). To request a copy or deletion of your account data, email sales@daneenalmajaz.in — we action requests within 30 days. Deleting your account removes personal data except records we must keep by law.

Children

The apps are not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
